Answers:
01. I have just bought your application, but I am not able to register it. I have tried using the SMS and Internet options. The application is still in its trial period. What can I do?
- Please make sure that you have the newest version of our application. If not please download and install the latest version from shop.psiloc.com. upon purchasing any of our applications, any new updated versions are (remove for) free.
- Please do not use PC Suite to install an application. Please install any software directly from your mobile phone
- Check if your mobile device has the correct internet access-points. If you don't have it (insert a comma here), you can usually download them directly from your operator website. Once your access points are ready (insert a comma here), check if your Web Browser on your device is working properly.
- If you have used the sms option, check if you have used the correct sms center (remove the comma) and if your provider is able to send a regular sms to Poland. Please remember that sms registration takes longer then on the internet. It may take from a few seconds to a couple of hours.
- If you are still not able to register, please use this formular and contact us (please fill in all the details like error messages, imei and license codes order id)
02.Where Can I download the latest version of my application?
- You can download the latest version from shop.psiloc.com.
03. I did not receive a license code. What can I do?
- If you bought our application in our online shop you should receive a license code(s) a second after your payment cofirmation. If
you did't receive it please write to support@psiloc.com with all your order details.
04. Can I use my license code on more then one device?
- You can use your license code only on one device.
05.What is the fastest way to register my application?
- The fastest way is to register using the Internet option
06. I have paid for your application using the Premium SMS option, but I didn't receive a license code. How can I get it?
- Users who have bought any of our applications using the Premium SMS option, do not need any license codes.
07. I have used the Restore option, but (REMOVE TIL NOW) I am still not able to use the application.
- Restore license is only for registered users or for users who have bought our application using Premium SMS.
08. I have lost my license code. Can you send it again?
- Please write to support@psiloc.com with all details from your order. IMEI e-mail adress , date of purchase.
09. My license code is not working.
- Please write to support@psiloc.com witha all the details from your order.
10. My trial period is over (insert comma), but I would like to try out the application for a longer time. What can I do?
- Please write to support@psiloc.com and we will generate you license code for 5 days.
11. How long does the trial period last?
- You can use our application in trial mode for 10 days.
12. In what countries can I buy your application using premium sms?
- You can buy our application using premium sms only in Poland.
13. What is an IMEI number?
- The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) is a number unique to every GSM and UMTS mobile phone. It is usually found printed on the phone underneath the battery and can also be found by dialing the sequence *#06# into the phone.
14. I would like to buy your application but I don't have a credit card. Can I send you the money to your bank account?
- You can send money to our bank account using a Wire Transfer. Please write what type of application you would like to buy and your e-mail adress in the subject field. The activation codes will be sent by (please remove the) e-mail when the payment arrives. Processing a wire transfer can take up to a week or two. If you send a copy of a bank invoice, we can process it faster. Below you will find all the bank details

01. What is the difference between MiniGPS and Where I Am?
- In fact these applications are very similar. The main difference is that in MiniGPS you are able to see cells and area ID's and some technical information about the network. In Where I Am this data is not visible - you can only see a location (please remove YOU HAVE TO LEARN IT FIRST). That what (Please remove THAT WHAT) It is called a "location" in Where I am, it is called a "group" in MiniGPS, and that (remove that) it consists of several cells. Where I Am is a simplified version of MiniGPS.
02. What is the difference between TotalIrRemote and IrRemote?
- "Infrared Remote Control" has a built-in database of supported brands and devices. This list cannot be changed. In "Total irRemote" you can define your own unique device, and teach the program how to operate it. This feature is especially useful, if you have an extraordinary Hi-Fi system which is not fully covered by "Infrared Remote Control". Teaching is be done by importing a .CCF/Lirc files, containing the device definitions. A wide range of these files can be found in the net.

03. TotalIrRemote/IrRemote is not working with my device. What can I do?<
- We always recommend that you dowload a trial version and check if our application is working with your device. Please notice that the infrared in your phone is not as strong as its hardrwae remote, so please try to stand a little bit closer. You can also try to manipulate it with the 'Optimization' feature. Please also notice, that for some brands there are '...Alt' options available on the list (for example SonyAlt).

- To erase logo from your phone, please use attached free version of FExplorer and delete following file:
